Should you experience any technical difficulties with the software, please read this page first.
If you cannot find what you are looking for and need further assistance please send an email, with the description of the problem to support@jollylearning.co.uk. Please include the following details:
• The operating system that you are running (e.g. Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS X 10.6).
• The version of the software you have (e.g. Version 1, 2 or 3. Version 2 and 3 software have a serial number printed in a white rectangle on the back of the box. The version number is printed underneath this and also on the disks).
• The JL reference code located under the barcode on the back of the box.
• Any error messages that you may be getting.

Note: The technical information supplied within the manuals above relate to version 3 of the software products.
Jolly Phonics for the Whiteboard
Version 3 note for Apple users with Mac OS X 10.7 (aka Lion)
An issue has been reported in that the serial number needs to be entered on every launch of the software and for access to every letter group. There is a simple solution as follows:
1) Open a Finder window and navigate to your Macintosh HD (or the name you have given it)
2) Navigate to ‘Library’ then ‘Application Support’
3) Go to the ‘File’ menu and click ‘New Folder’
4) Enter the Administrator password when prompted
5) Rename the untitled folder to ‘Jolly Learning Ltd’
6) Launch the software and enter the serial number. The software should now operate correctly. Please make sure you name the new folder exactly as above.
Version 2 Admin rights
For customers who are experiencing problems with Admin rights for Version 2 of the software, please select and download the fix required for the edition of the software you have.

Version 2 Upgrade Offer
If you have Jolly Phonics for the Whiteboard version 2 and you wish to upgrade to version 3, which is network installable then we offer the following upgrade options:
For our UK and Republic of Ireland customers: £29.95 + £4.50 P&P (inc. VAT).
For EU customers and the rest of the world, please contact us first.
Please send your complete product to us at our address below together with the required information listed at the bottom of this page. You must ensure you obtain proof of postage from your post office. We will issue an invoice for your upgrade.
Jolly Phonics for the Whiteboard Version 1 and Jolly Phonics CD-ROM Version 1
If you have a version 1 copy of the British English Audio edition of either ‘Jolly Phonics for the Whiteboard’ OR ‘Jolly Phonics CD-ROM’ and are having technical problems, please return your product to us for a replacement and include the information listed below. If you have an American edition, please email support@jollylearning.co.uk in the first instance.
To identify your version:
Unlike later versions, Version 1 does not have a serial number printed in a white rectangle on the back of the CD case and does not give a version number underneath this or on the disks. However, the copyright information on the back of ‘Jolly Phonics for the Whiteboard Version 1′ will read ‘© Jolly Learning Ltd 2009′. For ‘Jolly Phonics CD-ROM Version 1′ it will read ‘© Jolly Learning Ltd 2008′. If you are unsure which version you have please contact us first.
