    Mary has been a first grade teacher since 1996. Before that she taught pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and Title I, “In my 30 years of teaching I have not used a phonics program that is as motivating, fun and exciting for students and teachers as Jolly Phonics. Jolly Phonics gives both phonetic readers and sight readers the tools they need to be successful readers and writers.” Mary uses Jolly Grammar in a variety of ways to introduce and reinforce grammar and also to develop spelling skills. Teachers from a variety of states visit her first grade class and are amazed at the reading and writing skills her students’ possess and use.
