Chief Trainer and Director of Phonics Kingdom, Jigna Dharod has done her Bcom from Mithibai College and has been training children and teachers for 20 years. She has attended a number of training courses in Singapore, Australia and London to enhance her knowledge of the Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar programme. She is one of the top scorers with an A grade in Jolly Phonics Examination held in Singapore 2012 by the International Centre for Excellence (ICE – Australia) carried out by a long-term Jolly Phonics Trainer, Victoria Carlton.
Jigna has been providing teacher training for Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar in schools as well as group trainings for individuals (teachers, parents and students) across India with more than 2000 teachers achieving excellent results after the training. She also runs a ‘Phonics Club’, which currently caters to more than 500 students per year from her existing 3 centres and Phonics Clubs n various schools. She, amongst parents and teachers has witnessed amazing and rewarding results Jolly Phonics can help deliver. Her vision is to open at least 100 centres for children across India, promoting Jolly Phonics and Grammar even in small cities, towns and villages.
